  • We can fix most issues right away - no need to wait until the next onsite visit.
  • Call us first - we want you to spend your energy on your business, not on computer worries.
What is involved with the start-up?
  • We want to make sure your network is in top shape right away.
  • We will let you know how you can reach us when issues arise.
  • We will set up monitoring equipment and software at your site.
What do I need to do?
  • We will need a primary contact to coordinate our onsite time and orientation meeting with.
  • We will handle all of the setup tasks and answer any questions you have.
How much will it cost?
  • Our price is based on the number of workstations, servers and locations you have and whether you want us to get your approval before fixing your issue or have our team fix the problem for you immediately.
Who can sign up?
  • J4 Managed Services is designed to meet the IT needs of companies from 5 users to 100 users in the Sacramento and Stockton areas
  • We will be adding the San Jose area soon!
What is NOT included in the fixed price?
  • Support of "Out of Warranty" equipment
  • Adds/Moves/Changes
  • Simple Adds/Moves/Changes ARE included - ie., account creation, deletion, etc.
