Course Hours
All courses begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude around 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour break for lunch.
Registration begins at 8:45 a.m. Normal business hours for J4 Systems are from 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Course times are subject to change.
Payment Policy
Payment for all application and technical courses is due upon receipt and must be paid in full at least ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class, or we cannot guarantee space in the class. Payment for all application and technical courses registered less than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class must be paid in full by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
All application and technical courses are 100% refundable if we receive written notice of cancellation at least ten (10)
business days in advance by e-mail:
or by fax (916) 303-7299. If we receive written
notice of cancellation after ten (10) business days, but before forty-eight (48) business hours, a J4 Systems Training Voucher
will be issued for a future course. Failure to attend the course without e-mail notification, or cancellation
less than twenty-four (24) hours before the course, will result in forfeiture of the full course price. Substitutions
for courses are allowed.
If J4 Systems has to cancel a course, you will be notified in advance and have the choice of either a full refund
or a J4 Systems Training Voucher to be used for a future course.

Subject to space availability, you are welcome to retake the course at no cost. If you are interested
in a free review course, please contact J4 Systems and let us know what course you would like to retake.
Simply bring your course materials with you. Free review courses are available as long as
the exact version of the course is offered on our public training calendar.
